Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee. He had spent his life working to make the world better, yet, today, we are still far from the place he dreamed we could be. Dr. King said that, “love is the key to the problems of the world.” We in Memphis take that to heart. We share with you these 50 stories of love from our city. We ask you to watch, love, work. Watch the films, allow them to open your heart, share them with others, and add your own stories of love. Then, let’s watch love work. Every time a heart is opened, more love is released into the world. Let’s watch what happens when we overwhelm the world with love in memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
